What do you recommend is the best way to promote FullPotential.com ?

Question

I am launching a global community for positive change. It's not a 'for profit' venture. The goal is to help people live their full potential so they can help other people live theirs. (Raising the world consciousness one person at a time).

My question is, since I'm funding it out of pocket and it's not a for profit venture, what do you recommend is the best way to gain visibility for this site and increase membership? My goal is to have 1 million members signed up from around the world within 12 months.

The best answer here could have far reaching implications. Thanks!
