  1. It depends on who marries you and how much freedom they give you.  My pastor gave me several resources and told me to write my own ceremony, so I did.  She gave some suggestions about the order of things, but in a nutshell it's "Do you take this woman/man" and "I pronounce you husband and wife".  All the other stuff is dependant on whether you get married in a church or somewhere else.

  2. Depends on the church.  Each church have their own script and as numerous people can perform weddings (ship captains, notary publics in some places, JOP, brothers ordained online) the only thing that is required by law is "Do you take ___" and "I now pronounce you husband and Wife."

  3. These were our vows -

I, ___, take you, ___, to be my wife (husband),

and promise that in marriage I will love you,

be true to you and honour you

    and be faithful to you

all the days of my life:

    so help me God,

    one in the Holy Trinity

    and all the saints.
