what does my chart tell you? i thought i ovulated around the 14th but i did not get a temp rise. then i got a more steady egg white cm a few days ago.

some say anovulatory

some say i am ovulating now

i have 2 kids ages 4 and 5 an di had my iud removed june 11th that is why my periods have gotten lighter shorter and farther apart i am expecting my period around the 31 my cycles seam to be now 34 and 35 days

  1. Your chart is difficult to interpret-- the fact that you have so many open circles -- you can't count on those temps as being accurate.  You really have to follow the rules of charting in order to accurately interpret your temps/chart.  


  2. You need to take your temperature at the same time every day, that's probably why your chart is like this.  It doesn't clearly show when/if ovulation occured.

    If you can't wake at exactly the same time, charting isn't for you i'm afraid :-(

It does not look like you ovulated at all just going by your temps.  But remember there are a lot of things that can affect your temp and cause you to misread the results like you are not well the heat in your room is higher than normal etc etc.  I would advise that you maybe try a different method of charting your ovulation or use opk's along side charting your temp so that you will know if there was anything affecting you rather than you not ovulating.
