What do you see in this photo besides the obvious?

I see a dark face to the right of the image under the pillow.. I also see an eye in the bottom left.

It's obvious those are spirits joining together to take the man to the other side (Heaven).. Could that be Satan on the right?

With all of the technology to enhance photography today, why would they leave this in such terrible condition unless they want you to have to use your imagination

Kinda looks like 3 butt cheeks sitting on his chest.  Really bad photo quality, could just be damaged film, heat or moisture damage.

And why would Satan be in a photo, isn't he supposed to have little evil minions for that stuff?

I dont see any faces in this.

Too bad there was something on the lens making those three big blobs, and maybe some hair or something got on the negative when they were developing it. It would be a lot easier to see the spirits of those things weren't there.

edit: Did he die in a room that didn't have lights? He seems young, if someone was there taking a picture of him, should he be rushing the guy to the hospital? This whole photo reeks heavily of deliberate fake.

I love ghost pics, but I really didn't see anything except that fuzzy stuff on top of him. I did see the weird little thing on the right....I think it was just a shadow or somehthing.

You're joking, right?

I see a some developing errors or photo damage, but I don't see a face or spirits or Satan. I think your pareidolia has gone out of control if you're being serious.

It's spirits or some other type of energy. there is no such thing as satan
