warm green tea. i drink it all the time, so if i remember that i should work on my nails a bit i just pore some into a little cup and soak them for a while to soften the cuticles and get them clean. i figure the tea is probably good for my skin and nails, and if it's not, then it can't hurt!

I occasionally soak them in virgin olive oil.  Works wonders.
