  1. When I got out of the Coast Guard after 9 years (and regretted it ever since (I could be retired now since 1971) I went to Indiana University in Blooming, Indiana to study physics. But they said it would take me a year to catch up in math. I am a highly qualified musician and the music department would give me financial help. Soooooo I went and got two degrees in music.

In Physics you discover how the world is made up. Forget all these human-made religions. If you major in physics will you eventually see how stupid all these human-made religions are. If you are NOT inquisitive about how the this universe works, then DON'T go into physics. If you are, then be prepared to put down all human-made religions. To answer your question. You study physics with a very open mind and forget stupid things humans have been brought up to believe. Good luck. I wish I had gone ahead and got my degrees in Physics. (And I could have still performed as a musician)
