What do you take first a spanish profency or the spanish regeants?

The Spanish Proficiency is usually given after you have completed 1 credit of Spanish. When I was in middle school I took Spanish in 7th and 8th grade, each grade was 1/2 of a credit, so I took it after the 8th grade. The Spanish Regents is given after you have completed 3 credits of Spanish, which would usually be in 10th grade. Good luck on your exam.
