What do you thin of America as world might?

Okay i confess Criss Angels is pretty cool and the music is very good.but what it's on with this saying: America world might do you think real so or how is it?

*Oh ok--like the world power?  Well financially I guess we are, but when it comes to health  care, I consider us dead last in western civilization.  Just look at our high baby mortality rate.  It is also a very expensive place to live, I wouldn't be surprised if we have more homeless people than a lot of other countries.  We tend to also have to work more hours per week than other countries.  I'm sure the world got a taste after hurricane Katrina how our government really doesn't take great care of us even though we pay taxes.
