A man and a woman are having passionate s*x and the man comments to the woman that she must be an OB/GYN because of the way she uses her thing downstairs. The woman replies, you must be an anesthesiologist because I can't feel a thing.

  3. Last time this joke appeared, the guy was a dentist. (Didn´t feel a thing). which is easier to spell and to say than anaesthesiologist. Oh and she also got her teeth cleaned!
