  1. Humanity will eventually kill itself!

  2. Humans fight because they are possessive. Our attachment to physical things leads to all problems in our life. The desire to have more(land), the desire to have more resources(petroleum's, ores), the desire to have more money and all such desires lead to war. And if you observe, when we are sad it is because of our desire only. As Gautam Buddha had said, "desire is the root cause of all evil". I know its not practically possible to eliminate all desires, but we can at least reduce a few unwanted ones. The desire to excel, the desire to become good in you profession is ok. But the moment you start comparing your self with other, the entire problem starts(he has a BMW, but I have this cheap car). I hope this answers your question well.

    May peace be upon you.

  3. I fear that it is.  As humans are highly social, they develop social networks or clans which are tightly defended.  It is inevitable that different clans will have different desires, agendas, etc. and therefore competing interests.  This leads to conflict and aggression has become the default human trait in dealing with conflict.  In many ways, socialization is fighting innate human drives.  There will always be conflict and wars at some level.

  4. you see science says humans are part of Animal Kingdom. So it always has a tendency to acquire best of the things by any means.who amongst us doesn't want bet of the career, best of the spouse. and if any animal feels that other one has better things than him he tries to acquire it by hook and crook.

I don't see it going to end..because that will be the end of humanity(human general nature) and a species has its identity by its nature and behavior. so it will end with the end of the species (if not transferred to any other species in process of evolution).

  5. Because the world has always been run by men.  If women ruled the world, they wouldn't send their children to war.

  6. Yes, it is a result of the lust of the flesh.

Jas 4:1  From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?

Jas 4:2  Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.

  7. Not destiny, nature.

  8. Yes. Its human nature to want to control resources. No point denying it. It aint gonna change either.
