He doesn't seem interested at Villa, just about 5 mins ago he tried doing a backheel pass, when right to the opposition, I hope O'Neill gives him a pep talk.

I'm happy he is staying, I'd of laughed if he had gone to liverpool and they had fail to get into the champions league. His form has been up and down so far this season. I'd not be surprised if he leaves in jan or next summer.

As long as he gets his head down and plays with full commitment and profesionalism I think all Villa fans would agree this is the best possible outcome. To me, He looks like he has put on the pounds a bit and tonight he was very poor at left back. He did a back heel in his own half staight to the opposition but didn't go running back to redeam his mistake. After his awful performance against Stoke at the Weekend it looks like he wants to be elsewhere.

Yes he is a good player, But not if he doesn't give a d**n. Like I say he needs to get his head down.
