I was pleased when Rossi switched bikes as it gave him a chance to prove a great bike will only get you so far - genius will out. I gotta say I fancy him - and not just for the championship! LOL - I'm guessing from your other questions you think the sun shines out his butt too!

But we're only a third of the way through the season so who knows - an injury or two and its anyones game.

YES. Did you not last weekend at Mugello? Local knowledge or not, that was a ride from a guy who is showing the world what he can do. 17KPH down on the finish line and still kicked butt.

good question. I truly believe that Rossi has a very good chance of winning this years title.. Last year Rossi lost the title due to errors. This year Rossi is riding like a man with a mission..His rolling deeper into the corners and sliding his motor once again. last year seemed like Valentino was somewhat bored.

Stoner is the favourite to win this yeabut dont ever write the 7 time world champion off.

Anything can happen.thats what makes the sport so exciting.

as my personal view,i think both stoner and rossi should be champions.

Still has to be the odds on favorite. Even on the relatively slow Yamaha Rossi kicks butt.

Definately , theres still a long way to go this year and only a few (I think 9 at the moment) points in it. But Stoner is definately putting a lot of the more experienced riders to shame this year. Puts into perspective all the complaints about tyre choices and set ups from the "top" guys.
