First of all, about two weeks ago, I had sore nipples for about 5 days. Then, last week, I started getting light menstrual cramps on and off like I'm about to start my period, but I have not started my period as of yet. I cannot remember a time when I had light menstrual-like cramps for so long before I actually started my period. Last night I got a headache that quickly started getting worse and worse... then a few waves of nausea before I started vomiting. I felt sick (a terrible headache and nausea) for a couple more hours before I finally fell asleep. Today, I am still experiencing light menstrual-like cramps but not sick like last night. I'm not saying that I'm pregnant, but could I be?

Lately, I haven't kept track of my periods the way I'm supposed to. So, I can't say exactly when I'm "scheduled" to start, but it should be sometime soon--since I haven't started already.

I have an HPT but I don't know if it would be too soon to take it.

  1. It sounds like you could be pregnant, but as you don't know when you are due on your period I'd wait a few days before you test. If you test too soon you could get a false negative, then you'll only be wondering if you've tested too soon and be back to square one. Good luck!

  2. You could definitely be pregnant. those are the classic signs. But on the flip side, those signs could be premenstrual symptoms. I had cramps and sore nipples both times i was pregnant and i just knew i was about to start my period. I have those same symptoms before i come on. take a pregnancy test, and if it is negative wait another week and if you havent had your period then take another one. Good luck!!!

  3. if you had s*x (no protection) then there is 75 % chance  you got a bun in the over

  4. I would take the test already. It sounds like you are having implantation bleeding and it usually occurs about 10 days after the egg is fertilized so if you are pregnant then the test can pick it up right now.

  5. There is a possibilty you are either pregnant, or suffered a migraine and are about to get your periods

  6. I got all those symptons starting 5 weeks pregnant.  I didnt get spotting being pregnant though but i did get it when i was ovulating which i thought was wierd then i looked it up and turns out 20% women spot when they are ovulating.  Now i get cramps that are like a period and im really drowzy and my b***s i could tell were just a lil bit more full and my fiance thought it was in my head and i was saying no i think they are cause i know them more than anyone else. haha  I just started feeling sick right at 6 weeks.  Take a test that says pregnant or not pregnant because those tests with those lines are annoying when your hcg hormone levels arent that high yet.  It makes one of the lines faded to where you wouldnt see it if you didnt look really close and didnt wait for like 10 min.  Take the simple one.
