What do you think ?Is this healthy or what should i cHange in it?

don't need to lose weight as my weight isn't more then 95lb ,with 5.7ft its good enough

i get up at 1pm *i don't work now and i have very nasty sleep habits already* i drink water from 3 to 5glasses of water and i wash *take shower*then i start to eat *salad,piece of meat or beans ,sometimes i eat rice or pasta*then i drink 2 glasses of water with flax seed oil pill and one mug of green tea

at 5pm i eat energy bar and head to gym*3 times in a week*

i work out cardio*dont like lifting weights much i m trying to find a good

cardio and muscles in the same time*for 1 to 3 hours depends on my mood and drink 3 small bottols of water

i come back home at 9 am and eat *peice of bread/or eggs /sometimes i eat fruits and yougert *

at 2 am i eat one granola and at 5 am i drink 1 glass of water and sleep

  1. Try lifting some light weights.  Go for very light weights and do higher repetitions.  A little muscle tone looks very good on a woman.  Just get some small dumbbells for home and do some basic curls and there is a couple different shoulder exercises too.  10 minutes a night is all you need. Also some sit-ups for your abs.  Sounds like you are thin already, so you will see results VERY quickly.  


  2. your doin really well just do some walkin every morning or sumthin !!

  3. If you our happy with who you are then thats great.    You could do some light jogging though.   But be happy with who you are
