Lil Wayne was due in Yuma County, Arizona on Tuesday as part of his on going legal battle against charges of drug possession.

And even though Wayne didn't show up, the judge said he was not excused from appearing.

Wayne was due in court for charges of possessing marijuana, ecstasy, and cocaine.

However, his reps claim he only missed the court hearing do to an "unnamed medical condition."

Riiiiiight.

Wayne is due back in court this October.
