I have 5 kids and im pregnant with twins!

I have 3 girls:

Regina Grace

Leyna Rosen

Rose Marie

My boys are:

Antonio Frank

Vincenzo Massimo

they are also twins^^

And im pregnant with boys

Giuseppe and Giovanni but the problem is we dont know any middle names for our twins.

Im italian with 7 kids planing to have another kid.

Maybe something that goes with there brothers and sisters...

Im due in about 3 weeks.

I like Giuseppe Franco and Giovanni Santo. I know in some races that may not be traditional first names but I think they sound good with the names you have picked out.
