What do you think Subway needs to improve?

They need to put MORE meat and veggies on it...they are really stingy with that stuff...

There service---there help often act like you are bothering them and look miserable!

1.They need to not use processed meat and cheese.....It should be the real thing or don't use it........

2. It should be thick cut meat not transparent slices.

3. If I request something be lightly added,,,,,,,,don't just heap that nasty old stale tasting lettuce or tons of condiments on it...I want to taste the meat.......otherwise I would have ordered a lettuce and mustard sandwich.

5. Bake the bread more often through out the day so it is fresher and not to brown it so dark.......a lot of people want a lighter softer type of roll......

6.  You should have a choice of rolls not one type of plain one with different toppings.....like sour dough, rye, french, etc.

7.  The vegetables, meat and cheese should be sliced more times during the day......it tastes as if it had been sliced a week before......

Real chicken real ham etc. not that slippery processed stuff.

also..not just your subway but all places in general...why do you bother to wear plastic gloves when making sandwiches? you are not taught the correct technique of using clean gloves so why bother...with gloves on you touch just as many things as with your bare hands...sorry just an observation...I always think ..just where have those gloves been?...not you personally..but in most of those resraunts

The employees need to learn to make a "neat" sandwich!

Its annoying when i try to eat it and over 1/2 of it just ends up falling out! It doesnt take a genius to know that you cant ring someone up with a pair of gloves on and use the same pair to make the next sandwich! I have never had an issue with the freshness of the food. Also all employees need to look neat, i dont want a sweaty, dirty looking slob making something i am about to eat YUCK!  Also, sometimes i like to try new sandwiches, but am not sure what goes well on them, so if i ask at least pretend like you have a clue. I hate when the employees just look at me like im stupid!

The smell of the place.  I don't know what it is, but every Subway has this smell about it that is gross to me.

They need to Toast There Baguettes longer, its seems to soft, and its unappealing.
