spent working / studying in college/uni.

humble/ kind/ etc.

Be true to herself and try to accept the person she is. We are overly accepting of the opinions of others and this can often lead to feelings of inadequacy because we just don't measure up to the ideals of others.

Obviously, there are elements that should not, according to what is accepted as 'normal' by society, be practised - this could be anything from psychopathic tendencies to personality disorders.

Ultimately...be happy! and treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself...
