What do you think about Adobe Photoshop Express?

I'm into digital scrapbooking and I heard that photoshop is good for digi scrapbooking, what about photoshop express? Also, does photoshop express have to be downloaded onto the computer or is it like an online-only thing? Thanks!

It's an online-only thing and, um... I think you can store up to 2G memory of photos and you can create different albums and stuff. But the photoshop express isn't as complex as the regular photoshop.

Also, you can easily transfer your photos from Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, or Picasa.
