Diane, I have been watching this also.  I am all for free enterprise and profit.  In my opinion, this is disgraceful!  Many lower income citizens are suffering terribly due to the cost of gasoline and other petroleum products.

I have also not seen progress in building new refinery sites.  If something is not done soon, we may find out what a true recession is!

I suppose the old adage "The rich get richer" applies nicely to this.
