  1. well all I can say they are making a unique story and i love it :D

  2. It depends. English films like Love Actually I love, but I hate indie flicks like Trainspotting. As they tend to make Brit Flicks Indie, I'm not too keen on them overall. I tend to watch American movies. Bigger budget, better stories, waaaaaay better!

    I'm in the UK

  3. Some are good,some bad

  4. I think they SUCK! All about the American ones. . .

  5. I think they are great. My favourite at the moment is "The Cottage" which is hilarious.

Children of men, Doomsday, The Outpost, 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, The Flood etc are all excellent movies.

    I am English

  6. I find them hit and miss. British movies seem to be either very good or awful. That said they do make a refreshing change from the usual Hollywood cliches : One cop with a bad attitude doesn't follow the rules, kills loads of baddies whilst muttering witticisms, rescues a beautiful girl (who will save him at one point), before being captured near the end, only to escape and win the day after a one on one show down with the evil overlord (who is usually either Arabian ir British).

    I

  7. I lLOVE British films. Even the ones that aren't so good are good.

Their actors can actually ACT as opposite to American actors who just got the job because they made a commercial. or won a contest. The plots are better and they assume that the audience has a brain instead of U.S. scriptwriters who in the main seem to think they

have to spell out everything to audience because they are too dumb to figure it out for themselves. Their plots are more interesting and intricate instead of the usual serial killer kills teenage girls dressed in next to nothing or some dumb road trip. Honestly it is like making

movies for the lowest common denominator. Lastly their actors don't have to have the biggest role. In US films and tv shows you always know who the bad guy is and who the good guy is because the biggest star is always the good guy and the second string actor is the bad guy.  That is not the case in British films.  I wish we had more of them over here. I ended up having to rent most of them because the theatres are too full of c**p like American Pie part 16 or Road trip

    part 19

  8. fantastic

  9. they suck like our movies aussie movies and british movies bore me to sleep

  10. I like them.

But then I like a lot of movies!

    ... And I am British

  11. I like the movies mentioned above and I also like lock stock, Snatch, Trainspotting, Dog Soldiers and Shallow Grave but I'm not really Into the romcom kind of movies like Love Actually and Four Wedding. But I like british comedy too like hot fuzz and Shaun Of The Dead.

  12. I think it's like anywhere really, some are good and some are bad. There isn't a country in the world where they're all good. Films like Harry Potter are Brittish, and wheathere you like them or not, no-one can say they havnt done well in Uk and US.

  13. Excellent. Avid fan of british cinema. 28 days and 28 weeks fantastic.

Dog soldiers is an all time classic!

  14. 28 weeks is good and children of men is s*ithot i loved that one, remember you have snatch, lock stock and two smoking barrels and all the films like this

  15. i like it is great

  16. Brit movies are the best, although I think that sometimes you have to be British to appreciate some of the humour.
