Well, if he did see said misconduct on a large scale, then they should certainly give him asylum, I think.

If he's got a solid reason for his desertion, they should offer him asylum.

The man deserted the army of his country, he should be returned to face U.S. military justice along with all the other cowards hiding in Canada !

We took in hundreds of draft dodgers avoiding  Viet Nam  and believe we should be doing the same thing during this ilegal invasion of Iraq.

If he claims to have seen these war crimes, and did not properly report them, HE is a war criminal and should be tried as such.

He's a liar, probably a coward, and they can keep him.

If he returns, execute him.
