i love it!!! i especially like crab rangoon, egg/spring rolls, most kinds of lo mein, & any main dish that's pretty mild and sweet (like sweet & sour, teriyaki, etc). and i loooove duck sauce! :-)

where i'm from we eat chinese food everyday... it's really good, since there are so many different kinds and variations of the dishes. we cook our own food most of the time, but we also patronise hawker stalls once in a while. sometimes, we get tired of chinese food for a day, so we eat other stuff like pasta or sushi. western cuisine also available. but overall, we mainly eat chinese food.

The "Chinese food" served in American restaurants is not what they eat in China.  That's like saying McDonald's is American food.

Well, one thing I can say is that the email I got from a friend called

Eating at the Olympics makes me cook my own.  For some people, I guess they like it, but not for me.

If I trust the place it's from I like it.  it tends to be too salty for me, and sometimes too greasy too.

There is a lot of bad Chinese food out there, so you have to look around or ask.
