It's very French.  I like that it's a classy name that everyone will know how to pronounce.  I'm so glad you didn't try to spell it in a strange way like "Jakquelyn" or something.

Its really lovely - not too unusual but nice and not heard as much.

Its cute that she's named after her dad and when shes little she can be jackie and jacqueline when shes older :)
