What do you think about Joe Girardi so far?

I honestly think he is doing a good job. Look at all the injuries he had to deal with in the begging of the season:

A-rod

Posada

Jetter (only 4 days)

Pavono (remember him?)

Phil hughes

Brian Bruney (best in the bullpen in april)

Jonny Damon

Hideki Matsui

Chien-Ming Wang

Jose Molina

He did a really really good job with the bullpen.

So what grade would you give Girardi for filling in for Torre?

My grade:

B (just dont like how he tries to keep starters in for to long)

with their payroll, a random guy on the street could manage that team and they should still win a ton of games

So far I'd have to give him a "B".  He has had to deal with a pitching staff that has been less than reliable, injuries by the boat load full and yet has kept the Bombers in the thick of the race.  We will be able to better evaluate at seasons end.  Of course if he wins the world series I'd have to change the "B" to an "A".
