I mean, why is he even running? It sounds like he barely even wants to take one term. Is he throwing the election?

If McCain is elected, do Republicans really want to admit that they voted for the "I don't really give a f--k" President?

  1. Because by 2012 he would be somewhere around 142 years old.

  2. No, the funny thing is that he realizes that most Americans are sick and tired of Republican warmongers.  So, to placate some of the independents he's effectively telling them, "Come on, I know you're sick of this c**p, but it's my turn, so just let me invade one or two countries and maybe then I'll step down."

  3. he knows he is too old for the job.

  4. now that laugable consider that he will not have one term

  5. I say let's go one step further and have him serve 0 terms!

  6. Why the need for profanity? It detracts from any point you may make.

McCain will not announce he is a one term candiate. The reality is we may have a new election in 2012 without him.

  7. A huge mistake for McCain.  I cannot imagine him wanting to be a lame duck on the first day of office.

Not only that, it makes the selection of Palin (with her paper thin resume) look like an even worse VP candidate.
