Adoro il Salento!!! Ci sono stata due estati fa...adoro in particolare Lecce....mi ricorda un amore lasciato lì...aveva il sole negli occhi....

it must be really really nice. I mean the sea is wonderful and it's not as busy as the rest of italy. prices are lower too , so far.

I've never been to Salento but I've been in northen Puglia and it was very nice and clean.

many young Italians choose Puglia now because it's still fairly out of tourist routes , the sea and the food are great and the prices are lower than other places. maybe you're gonna want to rent a car though !
