  2. its a fun game. can you lose weight yea i guess you can, because you are moving around, but don't think this can replace the gym

  3. It's good for what it is.

    It focuses mostly on lower body strength and balance. The only upper body exercise I've seen is toning upper arm muscles. I mean, there are core-muscle workouts like planks, pushups and jacknifes, but for upper body strength, you will probably need to look elsewhere.

    That said, I think it's a good motivator for people to become more conscious about their unconscious movements (posture, crossing ones legs, how even you walk), and to get some aerobic exercise in their lives. It's good for building routines, and makes goal-setting, tracking, and achievement very easy.

    You can watch your progress, and that's a huge benefit that you might not get from a gym.

    I like it a lot, and it's really helped me get into the groove of doing better for my body, but I'm not much of an exercise fanatic to begin with. So, if you belong to a gym already or have an exercise routine, it might be a little basic for you. If you're looking for a way to fit some exercise into your life or busy schedule, I recommend it highly. You can put in as much time as you want each day, you can do it on your time schedule, and you don't have to pay monthly fees like you would for a gym.
