What do you think about a sweet sixteen court?

im having a sweet sixteen and i was just wondering if i should have a court at it? also, how should i make an enterance?

Don't worry about making an entrance.  Now days, kids just come to a sweet sixteen party because you are turning sixteen.  It is a special day for a girl, but be yourself.  Most kids don't want their friends to make airs about it.  Have music, a pool party, or a beach party, a luau, or anything except making your friends feel like you are snobbish!  Enjoy your day with your friends.  Happy Sweet Sixteen!  Be yourself.!

Sure, why not. You're only going to turn 16 once.

definitley!  You only turn 16 once- so go BIG.  You don't want to look back at the night and think- man, i sure wish i had done this or that.  Don't leave anything out.  

Here is what I would recommend:

If you want it to become a more intimate court- something i would definitly recommend- you and 4 girls and 4 boys.  Or you and 3 girls and 3 boys.  Anything more than that would be TOO much.  It would take away from it.

You should make an entrance starting with the least important person, the next to least important, most important to you, and than yourself.  You should each have a man on your arm, could just be a good friend if you'd prefer.  Than you would all dance together and in the middle of the dance- have the DJ invite other couples up to dance with you.  It gets EVERYBODY out on the dance floor easily.  Then when the slower dance ends play a song like 'shake it'.  It is a GREAT way to get everybody dancing!

And don't make them all wear the same thing-----  let them be indivisuals!  

My advice: GO BIG!  YOU ONLY TURN 16 ONCE!  

Don't leave the night with ANY 'what ifs'
