  1. leaving my body actually makes me feel kinda queazy but the view is fantastic.

  2. It is very possible to achieve astral travel. Astral travel is when one leaves it's body. You won't die so don't worry, their are many astral travelers. What you are supposed to do is lay in your bed without any distractions. Clear your mind. Close our eyes and imagine your body getting lighter and lighter. It takes awhile to get the hang of it but when you do it you will be able to go anywhere  you want. It might be a little scary actually leaving your body but it is for everyone. Remember when you do this you are in total control. Be relaxed. It's best to do this when you are about to go to bed.

  3. every night you go to bed, deep breathe and relax, picture yourself floating up and away from your body(here some might not be visual people so just know that this is so),then change the subject in your mind(think of anything else)... after a few trys, you might get a snap!

your astral coming back to you,its ok,this means its starting to happen...so,once this is a regular thing, it may not be a night time expirience, but a morning thing, for some reason it happens upon waking much easier. thats when it started for me.

after even more times it will happen more and more,

    try it.

  7. I meditate for a while and I have to say it was very amazing

  8. Astral projection comes from the teachings of Madame Blavatsky and states that we have 7 "astral bodies" and is a "separation of a persons consciousness and the "astral body," not the "soul' leaves the body and can travel "anywhere in the universe."

There is no evidence whatsoever to support these claims of "projecting" ones mind, body, soul, spirit, psyche or "astral body" here on this or any orther planet.

I like to refer to it as half-astral projection.

  9. I have done it at least twice, all really without trying.  I was extremely tired and emotionally drained when it happened on both occasions.  When ever I have tried to do it, I have failed.  I haven't done it in over 20 years, nor have I tried in the past ten.  If it ever happens again, I will be willing!!  It's kinda neat.
