First of all, I am bi-racial. I have a little disagreement with all of this non sense that is going on now days. For example, Halle Berry "the first African-American to win the Best Actress Oscar". She is half white and she was raised by her white mother. Another good example is Tiger Woods the "first African American to win a major professional golf tournament". He is only a quarter black but because he looks black they consider him black. Barack obama may become "the first black president". He is only half black and he was also raised by his white mother. What about the people that are half black and half white that look white? What will black people think when a man or woman that looks white starts to break black boundaries?

  1. If blacks didn't want this it wouldn't happen.

  2. This all words were made up and really bullshit..i have never heard thesee kind of words before..african american..italian american, chinese american..indian american..wtf?

  3. I don't like it either, but it won't change anytime soon.  Bill Cosby once said about children who are part black that blacks claim the child.  It's like, oh how nice.  What about the other parent who happens to NOT be black?  They factor into the situation as well.

  4. The should claim either mixed/bi-racial/multiracial.

  5. Black, is black is black and will forever be black.  The white who are really black have always passed for white....This is the way it is....

  6. I was just saying that last night... "first black president" then his uncle stands up and he's as white as snow.  Seriously... they should say "bi-racial" or something... it's ridiculous.  Or maybe, being half white was the only way that they were going to be considered for the privelege of being nominated for anything... so to show we're not a racist country, we call them "african-americans"  I dunno... I think it's BS to me.  I'm bi-racial myself, and no one ever puts a race label on me... because they can't.

  7. If blacks want to claim us, they can name us too.
