Well, make sure you get a good surgeon. Don't forget you get what you pay for. Also, don't go to large, DD's don't look as good to all guys as girls think. Full C's are nice. Other than that, hey if it will boost your self confidence go for it.

Be careful on who you go to .. a dream can become a nightmare.... I think fake b***s look nasty ... you should try cream or pills but I heard they don't work also can be dangerous...
