children riding skates in colisac areas with hills and on main roads to me is unsafe for children. What do you think about such?

Teach them to do it safely. While it's stupid to think they wont get hurt AT ALL, it's not naive to want them to be as safe as possible. They are kids, let them get out and play.

I think parents need to teach their kids about street smarts as well as watch their kids a bit closer.
