What do you think about foley going to tna to wrestle?

Foley has agreed to contractual terms with TNA, and he will debut with the company when he is contractually able to do so. He will probably have a legend-contract kinda like sting.

I think it's great. Mick can have some awesome hardcore matches with some over there.

I'll get thumbs-down for this, but I feel bad about it.  In fact, the more I think about it, the worse I feel about it.  I have a feeling that Mick Foley's heart has alot more left in it than his body does, and that he's badly missing the roar of the crowd, and the glare of the spotlight.  I think that he's taken an enormous amt. of punishment over the years, and as a long-time fan, I can honestly say I've seen enough of Mick Foley's blood; enough of Foley's teeth being knocked through his nose holes, and enough of Foley's ear's being torn off in the ring ropes.  I'd love to see Mick Foley WALK up to a pedestal somewhere in 10 years, and be inducted into the Hall of Fame, as opposed to Mick Foley having to be WHEELED up a RAMP in a wheelchair, to be inducted.  Enough is enough.  He's a legend, he should call it a career.

i think its crazy..Foley hasnt actually wrestled since 2002! the man isnt as young as he thinks he is and i think he is gonna find out the hard way when he is against a young star in TNA..but on the other hand, i would like to see Foley v. Abyss and Foley v. Jerrett and Foley v.Sting..but the real question is, can Foley still wrestle well enough to help TNA ratings and etc?

Wrestle? Foley's a god on the mic and the greatest hardcore wrestler ever, but he's AT LEAST ten years past his prime. I wouln't look forward to much from Foley matches aside from them being a hardcore spotfest with Foley putting his opponent over in the end.

Anyway, TNA will treat this like the Kurt Angle debut, apparantly. Which is only appropriate.

Guy below me, yeah. Considering the promos Foley cut back in ECW about not wanting to end up like Harley Race or the Dynamite Kid, it's ironic that he's heading down the same path.
