What do you think about girls football teams...?!?

i love football and i've always wished that i could be on some sort of girls football team... so i was just curious, when do you guys think the first girls team will be made? and do you think girls playing football would be a bad thing?

your in luck, there already is a girls league.  I just watched it on tv Saturday night.  The team was called the Pittsburgh Passion.  Look it up online.

its kinda wierd like two years ago i had a girl Quarterback and in practice and games people were afraid to hit her cusz she was a girl so its kinda wierd havin a girl on the field with a bunch of guys

this is a cool question i live in new york and last year my son played little league football and one of the teams he lost against had a little girl on it also the 150lbs from niagara falls had about three girls on their team and they were indistinguishable from the boys when they put on their helmets they hit hard and played hard i tried to encourage my daughter to play football not because i want her to be a boy but because i want her to know there is not anything she can not do

I'm all for it. Gender doesn't determine athletic ability to play any sport. Women have been stereotyped so long mainly because of religious views that the man is the head of the household and makes all the decisions and is the protector. Equal Rights Amendment which hasn't passed yet is another force starting with giving women the right to vote. With so many single mother families and women taking on other occupations dominated by males, sports is revolutionizing here a well.It would give women a more reason to like football, and I would enjoy watching bouncy chests running for big play touchdowns.
