i don't know about this particular company, but my wife and i took backwater cruises through KTDC (Kerala Tourism Development Corporation). that was very good. Ultimately, these private operators will conduct the tours on behalf of KTDC. However, when you buy tickets from KTDC, you won't get ripped off on price, since it is a govt. organization.
