What do you think about most of the time?

My mind never sits still, it seems that I'm always thinking about something. So I'm curious to know what do you think about most of the time? Is it s*x, career, financial matters, someone special, what you want, etc ?

I think about shaping my future. I plan on making a career change in the next 15 months. This consumes my thought life most of the day.
