  1. Sorry, but I don't like a single one.

The best thing for you to do, or anyone for that matter, is to take photography classes in high school and college.  In the meantime, read as many good basic photo books as  you can.  "Study" about what makes a good photograph and what doesn't.

Of course, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and that is very true of photography.  You may find 100 people that love your images and one that hates them, or vice-versa.   You have to do what makes  you happy, and if you can make a living at it you're one lucky person.

There are basically two kinds of photographs: the kind that win contests and fit all the criteria set by judges as to what makes a well composed, altered, or set-up image.  And, the kind that makes money.  This kind may not win contests but they end up being published in magazines, books, calendars, or on TV or in the movies, etc, etc.  My photography is of this second type.

I, personally, have never been big on contests because it's up to the OPINIONS of the judges, and everyone's opinion is different.  The only thing I care about is, will it sell.

Taking classes and shooting, shooting, and shooting will help  you more than anything else.

  2. Some of them were interesting. It looks like you are experimenting and trying different things- and that's wonderful! I'm no expert, but you might try taking the same photograph from different angles. Some of your pictures, like the girl applying make up in the mirror, are ruined by distractions in the back ground, such as the towel rack coming out of her head.

Keep working at it, you are doing well.

  3. They're cute. I like this one. http://www.jpgmag.com/photos/958062

  6. You have an excellent eye and are not afraid to push your camera to it's limits. There is some technical know how you need to gain, but for raw talent I am quite impressed.

I am usually hard to impress, having been a pro for over 30 years..so you can take my opinion to heart.
