What do you think about my team for pokemon leaf green?

I need to know and i want your answers to be based on the pokemon and stuff in silph co.

this is my team.

lvl.33 Venusaur-cut, razor leaf, sleep powder, giga drain

lvl.33 Ninetails-confuse ray, flamethrower, quick attack, will-o-wisp

lvl.33Pidgeotto-steel wing, aerial ace, fly, quick attack

lvl.33Raichu-thunderbolt, quick attack, slam, dig

lvl.34Haunter-shadow punch, confuse ray, psychic, night shade

lvl.26Dratini-surf, thunder wave, twister, dragon rage

....oh and what are "beneficial natures"?

  1. make the huanter a gengar and you will be good... a nature affects pokemon stats... jolly nature makes apokemon faster while making its sp att worse and adamant makes a pokemon attack better but def worse... so if you have a goood defensive pokemon make sure it has a beneficial nature for it like bold impish lax or relaxed

Keep leveling up your pokemon.  3 of your pokemon are weak to ice types attacks.  Ninetales won't cut it because many ice types are water ice types.  Teaching a raichu dig is a risky move because it is already weak to ground type attacks and if an opponent used earthquake while it's underground it will do twice the damage.  Cut isn't necessarily the best move especially for a starter.  I'd suggest getting rid of it and teaching Venusaur a move that isn't grass type something like ground (if possible) to defeat its weaknesses.  A beneficial nature is a nature of the pokemon that increases the level of certain status obtained in a level up.
