What do you think about my wedding dress? ?

Im getting married soon and I have already chosen my wedding dress.

What do you think?

I dont like the big, long viel/train. I will probably opt for a short veil and no train.

Im not sure if I like the red either, Im thinking about changing the red lace to another colour but im not sure which...maybe maroon?

Whatever colour I choose for the dress I will have for my bridesmaids dresses aswell!

i actually like the red.

and your right if you have a veil, then you shouldnt have a train i think that would be a bit much and would make the dress look like too much and may take attention off of you..

but whatever you decide to do i think you will look great the dress is absolutely gorgeous..

On my goodness!  That dress is stunning!  I LOVE the draped look of the lace.

I really like the red just the way it is.  It adds to the boldness of the look.  Maroon would probably be OK too.  Gold would be fine although not as striking as the darker colours.  Personally, I'd stay away from champagne.  There would be such little contrast between the dress and the lace that you wouldn't really notice the lace.  The beauty of this dress is that contrast.  A royal blue would also be very nice.

The dress itself is beautiful, but would look much more beautiful with the lace in champagne. When it's bright coloured, it takes away from the overall look.

And I'd go for a fingertip veil.

I think the dress is GORGEOUS!! I really like the red, if you want to shorten the train that would look good too, but i think the red in it is beautiful.

i love the dress  if u change the colour thats ok but if u change the design u will change the whole effect  so be very carefull...   the bridesmaid dresses could match the colour that u choose to put on the wedding dress, but maybe one shade lighter

Instead of maroon... I'd opt for champagne/gold. I'm sorry but it looks like blood is running down the dress... I give you credit for doing something original but this is a bit harsh.

I really like the cut of the dress, and the neckline is great, very classic. As for the red, I am not so sure about that. It is almost...tacky to me. I don't know if you would like more vibrant colors, or toned down ones? And you should also take into consideration the color of your skin, which looks best with it.

Maybe if the red was bolder it would look better, but I would stick to lighter tones that compliment the white better and are somewhere with in that color family. Also it all depends on the season you are married in, it is complicated without all the details. I would definitely go with a warmer tone though and I honestly like the viel very much, it is beautiful and makes the dress.

nice dress, but fairly dramatic. you could always go for blue instead of red, and then your dress doubles as your "something blue." or just pick your favorite color and rock out the whole wedding party in the best hue. congrats and good luck.

I LOVE IT.  It's very exotic, Indian almost (that's what came to mind when I first saw it).

I would personally keep the red and not change it to champange or gold, but that's your personal choice...I would also keep the long veil, but again, your choice.

But it is amazingly gorgeous.  Good choice!! :)

the red is perfect. and the dress is gorgeous. In indian and chinese cultures, red is the traditional color for wedding dresses.

the dress is very nice, but i agree on the red. whatever color you make it - it should be a light color because a dark color wouldn't be very appealing for a wedding. but great idea on having the bridesmaids dresses the same color. the dress is beautiful, as i'm sure you will be on your wedding. congratulations. =)

What colour hair do you have? Is it short or long?

Huge factors that need to be determined before making a decision on what to change to.

If you decide to keep the red, (alot better than maroon), maybe you could have no veil and have your hair in curls, loosely up (see Jessica Alba pics on Google) and have a red rose or white roses in your hair in a bunch on the side, just sitting above where your collar would normaly sit. I personally wouldn't have a veil unless it is in a church otherwise, keep it s**y and fresh.

Be different, because red is hot and you will definately stand out!!

Wow what a stunning dress.  I just love how dramatic it is.  Be carefull changing the colour - if it is too light (like champagne) then it will loose the dramatic feel.  I think gold would look stunning and wouldn't scare so many people (I don't know why people have such a problem with the red - but anyway!)

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that I personally LOVE it!  Hope you have a beautiful wedding and an even better marriage.

OH WOW!!!!! that is gorgeous.  I like the red actually.  However, red doesn't suit ever. it's one of my colours, it looks great on me but I know my sister and a couple of my friends can't pull off a lot of red.  So if you think you can't the maroon might be nicer.  But I do LOVE that dress.  Especially that part on the right arm that hangs..now sure what it is but it almost looks vine-ish and I LOVE it.
