What do you think about natural progesterone cream?

Have you used it? How did you use it? Did it help?

Yes I've used it in the past. I started using it on day twelve of my cycle and continued to use it until my period started. The only thing I noticed it did was it made it so my b*****s didn't hurt as bad. The only problem I had with it was I was tracking my cycle by basal body temperatures to see if I was ovulating, but I couldn't trust that because progesterone can raise your temps. I found out with the pee tests that I wasn't ovulating. I now use a wild yam cream that is a natural source of progesterone. It helps me ovulate so I like it a lot. I use it the same as the last one. I tried it & I didn't like it.  I put it on - rotating between my wrists, inside my arms, neck, etc.  It didn't help whatsoever.

I later read that no matter where you get it or who makes it up, it is very difficult to get the right amount into your body unless you take it by mouth.  Even then, no one is sure how much each of our bodies need of progesterone.

I'm using it right now. I was put on it three weeks ago for an estrogen dominance. It's kinda weird. I am to use it once a day for 7 days, twice a day for 14 days and none for 7 days so i can have my period. The first week I had the most unbelievable appetite. I was starving all the time and ate upwards of 3000 calories a day for about 4 days. It was insane but it passed. I had a lot of breakthrough bleeding too. I can't necessarily feel a difference but I think it is balancing out my cycle. Just make sure that your sleep schedule is consistant.
