  1. Whatever someone wants to pray for is their call.  I Don't mind people praying for whatever they want from world peace to genocide.  If there is a Supreme Being he'll decide what is a proper prayer and what is not, and if there is not a Supreme Being well its all a moot point then.

  2. Asking God for reduced fuel prices might seem rather pathetic.

The present USA Government has arranged that tons of cluster bombs fall on Iraq, killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people, and all to reduce fuel prices, it seems.   In that context, I think asking God for cheaper fuel might be a little less immoral.

      Don't you?

  3. People are starving because of high gas prices. Corn rice and everything us is going up in price.

  4. Oh yeah. Let's all pray so that gas prices will go down. Then happy little elves will come and cure the diseases. Hope you caught my sarcasm there. I think it's a stupid idea.

  5. Well.. Technically high fuel prices do put people out of work~ haven't you noticed the dozens of layoffs from Ford, Chrysler and General Motors? GM is actually considering ending the GMC brand due to low truck sales. If Ford's F series sales were to end today, Ford Motors would have to close shop for good. When people don't have jobs they cant feed their families.

  6. Selfish

  7. Praying for gas prices will do exactly as much good as it does for people who are sick or starving. Zero.

It matters not who is praying for what, the results are the same.
