What do you think about privatization of state properties?

today some governmemts sell their factories or sth like that, in your opinion does it affect the country positively?

Things held in trust by the government, like parks, etc. are not for-profit ventures. When they are privatized they become under the control of people not liable to the public. They then charge to use these formerly free (tax payer supported) services. The cost goes up and a few individuals make more money rather than serving the public good.

So far, in the U.S., every function that has been moved from government control to private control has decreased in effectiveness and risen in cost by at least 400%.

Privatization has proven to be a scam and a failure, and those that encourage it are not at all to be trusted.
