I would love to see Shaq sign with the lakers for $100,00 so he can prove to Dr. Buss that money wasn't the object of him leaving Los Angeles!

Shaq's pride was the main reason for him wanting out, and it's the main reason why he won't return. When he was with the team, he chronically came to camp overweight and out of shape. He was a locker room nightmare and in a lot of cases would start fist fights with team mates during half-times(Brian Shaw), as well as pin the blame for losses on someone else besides him...and then finally, once he tried to blame Pat Riley of all people for everything going bad in Miami, people realized what the common denominator was in all the drama, it's Shaq.

The Lakers don't need him back anyway, and are extremely lucky to have an up-and-coming beast of a center in Andrew Bynum, because most teams don't get another replacement the very off-season their superstar takes off.

Bynum will prove to be everything Shaq was supposed to be, and by adding Gasol and Odom to the mix means the Lakers have 6-7 years to win a title.
