What do you think about soju?

Funny you should ask.  A lot of beer/wine only establishments use soju based products to mimic liquor based cocktails.   Like margaritas and daiquiris........only they taste pretty bad in my opinion.

Actual soju is like vodka.......only sweeter and far less smooth.  I imagine in Korea or in specialty Asian markets better soju is available, but personally I'll pass.
