What do you think about synthetic grass, and a synthetic grass sales and installation business?

Where I live in SoCal it is a booming business because water prices are so high, they are asking us to cut back usage severely and it has very little or no maintenance.  The only problem I see with it so far is the large upfront expense, but a lot of the companies out here are now offering interest and payment free financing to ease that pain.
