i think the official chinese government policy of inflicting pain on the athletes that fail to perform well as well as their families is unfair. other than that... good times!

You should ask this after the closing ceremony, only 3 hours to go.

So far it's good. Some arguable judging, and incidents like the swedish wrestler and cuban taekwondo guy. But the host nation's hospitality and presentation has been great. We will need to work hard in 2012 but Beijing has set a high standard for us to maintain and try to beat.
