What do you think about the Bluffs II appartments in Sandiego?

I am looking for a nice appartment near Sandiego state university or near a trolly station.. I looked in the net & found this ..

so plz tell me who is you experiece of living there or if you know anything about the neighborhood or any usfull info ..

If you're talking about the Bluffs II apartments on Friars Rd, they're nice, but they're kinda far from State.
