Question:

What do you think about the Casey Anthony case?

Now that they have DNA proof that a dead body was decomposing in the trunk of her car and everything leads up to the fact that Casey probably left that little girl in a hot car while she partied (thats my theory). They are talking about giving her partial immunity if she tells the truth. Do you think she should get any kind of immunity just because she tells the truth about murdering her little girl?

  1. If that woman killed her little girl, there should be no mercy for her; no deals.

  2. They (The Body Farm at the University of Tennessee) did DNA tests on the strands of hair found in the trunk of Casey's car. Those strands of hair were PROVEN to show that they came from a decomposing body. Whose hair was it? DNA tests were done and have been PROVEN to belong to baby Caylee. I think the state is doing the right thing in offering limited immunity. The ultimate goal in this whole tragedy is finding Caylee. If finding her means giving her murderer, er, mother limited immunity then I am all for it. No matter how much immunity she gets, a pretty thing like her will feel like she is already in h*** while she rots in prison. We all know what prisoners do to child killers in prison. Like they say, "Honor among thieves".

  3. Well this is hard to say but i think the mom is in on it   casey must know something about mom  and that's why they are all together  and casey insist shes Innocent,   I'm guessing  everyone  knew  in that family and no one  want part of it  why all those calls? strange they all in it together .. in my opinion  and no she should  not be able to plead immunity, poor caylee  what did she do to deserve Those crazy people..this whole case makes me sick  how could she  ....

  4. Casey Anthony is the most disgusting woman on earth, she should go to jail and hopefully do the maximum, she'll probably plea bargain and I'm sorry but someone who does injury to a child or is an accessory to it, if in fact she did not do it, which I seriously doubt should do no less than 30 years.  She never cooperated with the authorities, she always looked like someone with something to hide, and her supposed distrust of local authorities was nothing but a smokescreen.  When ones child is missing if one is halfway worth their salt as a parent, one thinks of their missing child before they think about themselves and not be out going to parties, and if she supposedly had done nothing wrong she should have had nothing to worry about.  Now the only thing I wish for her is that sinking feeling she will feel when a prison's iron door or gate closes up behind cutting her off from freedom as she knows it, and having the prison population know what she did to a little girl, she'll have to see like it or not how tough she really is.

  5. Who are 'they' and do you have any links to press coverage about the DNA proof?

  6. NOPE!  SHE IS A CRAZY, SCUMBAG AND HOPEFULLY A JURY WILL FIND HER GUILTY AND SHE'LL BE SITTING ON DEATH ROW....  DON'T CARE WHAT HER LYING *SS SAYS.  THAT BABY WAS IN HER TRUNK~ENOUGH SAID!!!!

  7. dna is NOT back yet...its the lab results from the car that confirm a dead body was in the car .It showed human decomposition.tested positive for that.(theres not dna yet to prove it was caylees) .At least they have not released the dna yet if they do have them. They are meeting today to see what charges to file.

I say No for immunity but trouble is i think its too late.

She called her lawyer last night and said she needed to meet with him today this was annouunced during the Nancy grace show.

So ..is she going to say yes to immunity when she meets with him?

i say she does not deserve it for the h**l she has put the public through..end of story.let her rot in jail.

  8. I also think she killed her daughter and her mother knows she did. She should not have immunity. If she gets immunity from the death penalty let her go the jail, I don't think she would last long, prisoners hate people who hurt children.

  9. No I don’t think she should get immunity. The facts are lining up even sadder he parents seem to be remaining in denial. Casey also got a tattoo during the time she was supposedly conducting her own search for her child, and the tattoo guy said they discussed a lot like her having a new beau but the Caylee did not even enter the conversation. I’m sorry but your child is missing would you take the time to get a new tat?  Well this young woman will have to face the ultimate judge one day regardless what punishment she gets in this world.

  10. This has been a crazy case to follow.........all the lies Casey started out with....working at Universal Studios (she was fired from there sometime back...I wonder what for "Lieing"????) ....the babysitter...stealing money from people...so on...etc...

All things are pointing Casey back to jail..........and it will be interesting when the grandmother "Cindy"....said....NO Casey is not going back to jail...( or something close to that)....

I truly feel when Casey went out partying......and had no babysitter..she may have given her daughter a "little something" to make her sleep....and when she fell asleep......she put her in the trunk to keep her out of sight.....then she went partying........she may have gotten soooooooo drunk and passed out and forgot about her baby until the next day........then opened the trunk, only to find her little girl not responsive.............

I do hope they find the little girls remains..........in order to put closure to the case.......

Our love is with you "little Caylee"

  11. It wasn't DNA, it was air samples of "a decomposing body" they can't draw DNA from that. They still haven't gotten the DNA results. But I think everyone knows what they will find. I don't think she deserves partial immunity, but I think they are doing it so they can put an end to this case and find Caylee and put her to rest. Also to give closer to the grandparents. They will still be able to prosecute Casey. They just won't be allowed to disclose her exact words of what happened. Mind you I say exact words. Also it may protect her against the death penalty which they can do in the state of Florida. I think she should get the highest punishment possible, but I see why they are going this way, because they are giving her a time limit to be able to get the partial immunity, this way she will start talking very soon. If they didn't she would probably keep lieing and remain quiet and caylee may NEVER be found. The baby deserves to be found and laid to rest, and her grandparents deserve the truth and closure. Casey, well I think she deserves the same fate as she gave her daughter, because I think she is VERY guilty, but it isn't for me to judge.

  12. "...everything leads up to the fact that Casey probably left that little girl in a hot car while she partied "

Actually, nothing leads to that fact. There is not one single shred of evidence that suggest Casey left Caylee in a hot car. There is a growing amount of evidence that Caylee's dead body was transported in the trunk of the car, and there is a great deal of evidence contradicting virtually every statement to come from Casey. =

A DNA match is a given at this point. We already know there was a dead body in that trunk. If it wasn't Caylee, than who could it possibly have been? Were there two deaths in this case?

And.........partial immunity is a far cry from immunity. She can still be charged with any crime the prosecution wishes to pursue. The only think partial immunity does is prevent Casey's words to the investigators from being used against her in court. Clearly the prosecution believes this was an accidental death and wants to find Caylee's body and wrap this thing up. I disagree. I believe it could have been homicide. Remember Susan Smith?

  13. No,I don't. I understand they want to find this little girl, alive or more than likely not,but if she is responsible for something terrible that happened to this little baby,I think she should face the full penalty.

She has already proven that she is a liar, how could we believe anything she has to say now.

I don't agree with giving murderers immunity, even partial, especially when it involves a child. If she is responsible, she shouldn't see the light of day again.
