  1. They could turn out to be the world champions.

  2. This is the best Cubs team I've ever seen.  Anyone that uses the Cubs past as the basis of their argument is an idiot for thinking the past has anything to do with the present and anyone who thinks the Cubs are a bland team is uneducated in the game of baseball and has absolutely no judge of talent.  Both Mick and Sui fall into these categories.  They're one of the top 2 deepest teams in baseball with the Angels being the other.  They're almost a lock for a playoff spot and then all we need to do is hope they get hot and stay hot through the payoffs.

  3. They are a good team and will probably win their division.  But when the playoffs start its another season.  What ever team gets hot in the post season will win.  What you did in the regular season means nothing.

  4. The Cubs are all right. Their fans are more yuppyish and unbearable than ever.

  5. they wont win the world series

  6. A very good team but they won't win the World Series & have to wait another year

  7. Very solid. Their success will depend on Carlos Zambrano's health; pray that he doesn't need surgery.

  8. I'm a reds fan but also a sports fan!cubs fans are passionate & they deserve a championship.and since the redsd aren't in it----GO CUBS!

  9. They are the same as any other year! Bland!

  10. Chicago Cubs haves a great team because they have David Lee at First Base a great Outfield with Alfonso Soriano, Kosuke Fukudome and Jim Edmonds and also at Third Base Aramis Ramirez. The Cubs have the best Starting Pitching the NL said ESPN with Carlos Zambrano, Rich Harden, Jason Marquis,  Ted Lilly, and Ryan Dempster. And the Cubs have the best record in Major League Baseball.
